Having had his own business since 1990,primarily as a result of experience in buying and selling retail business and with a view of developing new career, Saras completed the Real Estate sales persons certificate and commenced selling Real Estate in 1991. From early on in his career Saras set out to establish himself as a specialist business broker with particular emphasis on retail business. Not only Saras has built a solid and successful reputation based on industry knowledge, reliability, honesty and integrity he has further continued to strive for higher standards through extending his qualifications.
He was the first person in New Zealand to complete the National Certificate in Real Estate with the specialist subject of business sales. Later he completed his Branch Manager certificate and was a Commercial Branch Manager for a local Real Estate company.
Now an Agent with a National Diploma in Real Estate, Saras is the principle for Dayals Real Estate Limited (Licensed Agent REAA 2008). He is a family person with full support from his wife Madhu who is also a licensed Real Estate salesperson.
During his real estate career Saras has had several Gold and Silver quarterly awards, been presented Centurion Producer Award, a Gold medal as well as membership of a multimillion dollar club.
Saras is a leader and innovator in delivering powerful commercial property choices, including business sales to his clients, because he knows his neighborhood to across the country. He is a rare combination of a Business Broker, Agent and Sales Consultant. This gives him the insight and depth in understanding and knowledge of the market requirements which in turn he services to his clients.
